A great budget hotel with outstanding food. Nice building, convenient and easy location near to a busier commercial area along a highway, and Modena and Ferrari museum. Also, in the beautiful garden. Attached restaurant on the premises, brand-new and well-appointed room with the bathroom, queen bed and table for PC. Tasty breakfast — good choice of meals.

the setting was favourable, close enough to the tourist areas and autostrada and bologna and the beautiful garden. very tasty breakfasts with nutella and organic products, as for instance, the staff were all in all outstandingly accommodating.

The location in an industrial area was quiet and there were a local market and local markets nearby. Had central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar in my classic room. The service was great, the staff were decent and competent. Everything here was amazing, I would happily return.
